• • The Process & Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives through successful completion, playing a critical part in supporting EV chargers, package lockers, Grata/SmartRent initiatives, bulk Wi-Fi, and utility operations for apartment communities within a major real estate property management firm in the USA.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking multiple projects concurrently from initiation to closeout, maintaining organized digital files in SharePoint, monitoring timelines and task lists in Excel, escalating risks, serving as a central coordination point between internal teams and external vendors, preparing status updates, ensuring adherence to documentation standards, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
• • Extenteam is a dynamic, scaling-stage startup revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry, transitioning from a professional services model to a tech-based subscription-first SaaS platform (Tailwind) to double Monthly Recurring Revenue by January 2026. The company operates with a core team of 50 across global hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and expanding into Europe, supported by 400+ Dedicated Team Members (DTMs) servicing customers worldwide.
