📋 Description

• • Own the heartbeat of Tabs’ Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) contract-extraction engine. Every day you will triage, assign, and QA thousands of dollars’ worth of customer contracts, ensuring the AI agents that bill Cursor, Statsig, and other hyper-growth companies never miss a clause, a date, or a cent.
• • Master our global, always-on processing pipeline. You will monitor ticket queues in Monday.com, Pylon, and Jira, matching incoming contracts to the best-fit processors across time zones, then shepherd each file from “received” to “validated” within SLA windows that can shrink to hours during month-end close.
• • Become the go-to troubleshooter for stuck processors. When a 200-page MSA lands with ambiguous pricing tables or a non-standard amendment, you will dig into internal document-type libraries, surface precedents, and—when necessary—escalate to the Operations Team with crisp, data-backed context so fixes take minutes, not days.
• • Run rigorous QA sprints on the most complex, human-only contracts. You will design sampling frames, execute spot-checks, and score accuracy against ASC 606 and billing rules, then publish dashboards that show error rates, root-cause trends, and processor-level coaching opportunities.
• • Curate and evolve our HITL accuracy metrics. From false-negative line-item rates to end-to-end processing cycle time, you will define KPIs, automate Looker/SQL reports, and present findings weekly to stakeholders ranging from the Head of Revenue Ops to frontline processors in Manila and Kraków.
• • Drive continuous process improvement. You will map workflows, identify bottlenecks (e.g., duplicate data entry, ambiguous escalation paths), and pilot lightweight fixes—like new Google Sheets macros or Slack slash-commands—that cut handling time 10–30% without sacrificing quality.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance. When an edge-case contract reveals a new AI failure mode, you will package the data, write a concise spec, and hand it to ML engineers so the next model release learns from today’s exception.
• • Champion a culture of data integrity. Whether you are updating processor playbooks, running ad-hoc SQL queries for auditors, or training new contractors on security protocols, you will set the gold standard for precision in a company that automates millions in receivables.
