- • The Processor I, Government Funding Programs prepares and processes Federal Student Aid and military funds for current learners in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and guidelines, ensuring accurate and compliant disbursement of Title IV and military funds.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing learner documents for eligibility and accuracy, completing verification processes, resolving ISIR rejections and conflicting data, making determinations on special circumstances for supervisor escalation, reviewing withdrawn learners for Return of Title IV fund calculations, monitoring Satisfactory Academic Progress each semester, and utilizing COD, NSLDS, and CPS systems to maintain compliance.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in federal student aid processing, gain hands-on experience with federal financial aid systems, strengthen compliance and analytical skills, and contribute directly to learner success by ensuring timely and accurate fund disbursement.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or general equivalent required
- • At least one year of experience in a highly regulated professional environment, such as finance or higher education
- • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Student Aid and/or military funding required
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- • Experience in higher education or student funding preferred
