  • • The Procurement Analyst role at Precision Medicine Group is critical to ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and timely acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment, and services essential for supporting clinical trial operations. This position directly contributes to the company’s mission by driving procurement efficiency, reducing costs, and mitigating supply chain risks in a high-stakes life sciences environment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, managing the full request for proposal (RFP) lifecycle, negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers, analyzing vendor specifications and costs, maintaining up-to-date market intelligence, ensuring compliance in purchasing processes, and leading initiatives to improve procurement capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • • Precision Medicine Group is a specialized provider of services supporting clinical trials, operating at the intersection of life sciences and healthcare innovation. The procurement function plays a vital role in enabling seamless trial execution by securing reliable, high-quality resources while optimizing spend and supplier performance.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain management within the clinical research sector. They will gain hands-on experience driving cost savings, building supplier relationships, and contributing to organizational transformation—positioning them for growth into senior procurement or supply chain leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field
  • • Minimum of five years of work experience in life science procurement and outsourcing
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • • Knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures
  • • Experience with clinical trial procurement and contract research organization operations
