• • The Procurement Coordinator supports procurement operations by sourcing and ordering parts from dealerships, processing payments, and ensuring timely communication between suppliers and internal teams, playing a key role in maintaining efficient purchasing workflows and accurate expense coding.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting dealerships and suppliers to source and order parts, processing payments with accuracy and compliance, tracking and communicating order status to store locations and stakeholders, maintaining records of purchases and invoices, ensuring proper expense coding, assisting store teams with order placement and issue resolution, following up with vendors on backorders and discrepancies, building positive supplier relationships, and supporting process improvements for cost efficiencies.
