- • As Procurement Director at EMC Insurance Companies, you will lead the development and execution of a transformative procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, driving cost savings, supplier innovation, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full supplier lifecycle—from sourcing and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and offboarding—while serving as a subject matter expert for supplier issues and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, InfoSec, IT, Privacy, Innovation, and Supplier Risk Management to strengthen procurement governance and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- • Prior people leadership experience
- • Prior project management or coordination experience
- • Strong knowledge of insurance practices and disciplines (preferred)
- • Prior Workday Strategic Sourcing experience (preferred)
