- • As a Product Lead at Attio, you will own core parts of the product and help shape the strategic direction of a CRM platform built for the AI era, directly influencing how ambitious go-to-market teams understand customers, automate workflows, and scale their operations.
- • You will drive product vision by connecting deep technical insight with user needs, ensuring that every feature and system balances innovation, usability, and long-term scalability in collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve core product surfaces, working closely with engineering to design systems that are intuitive yet powerful, flexible enough to adapt to diverse workflows, and durable enough to scale with enterprise demands.
- • You will deeply analyze the technical and user-facing implications of data models, APIs, and performance characteristics, making principled trade-offs between speed, safety, and usability when extending AI capabilities into core workflows.
- • You will champion technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, advocating for clean architectures and sustainable design patterns that prevent technical debt while enabling rapid iteration.
- • You will anticipate future platform needs by identifying long-term architectural trends and guiding the roadmap for the next generation of Attio’s platform, ensuring it remains resilient and adaptive.
- • You will define and refine the metrics and signals used to measure product health and guide decisions, translating complex system behaviors into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- • You will ensure every release delivers a best-in-class customer experience that delights users, reinforces the Attio brand, and reduces friction in critical workflows.
- • You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, GTM, and users to orchestrate end-to-end value delivery, acting as a systems thinker who removes barriers before they impact the user experience.
- • You will mentor and influence cross-functional peers through your technical storytelling, helping non-technical teams understand the value and implications of complex product changes.

- • Proven experience owning products, platforms, data models, or core infrastructure in a world-class product environment, with a track record of shipping foundational systems.
- • Deep technical depth and systems thinking, including comfort reasoning about schemas, API design, architectural trade-offs, and how technical systems fit together.
- • Excellent product instincts and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, elegant user experiences and articulate vision clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
