- • Join Fundraise Up, a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the nonprofit fundraising landscape. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analyst to become a foundational member of our Core team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the analytical infrastructure and drive data-informed decision-making from the ground up. You will be instrumental in building the metrics tree, establishing data marts, and developing company-wide BI dashboards, directly impacting how our product teams identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- • As a Product Analyst on the Core team, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into actionable data insights. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the analytical backbone of our product development process. This includes defining key product metrics, ensuring their consistency and transparency across the organization, and building robust data marts that empower other analysts and product managers. You will be the go-to person for understanding user behavior, product performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- • Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into our vast datasets, uncovering trends, and generating hypotheses that can lead to significant product enhancements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand their challenges and provide them with the data they need to make informed decisions. This includes handling ad-hoc requests, conducting in-depth research, and presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • The Core team is currently being built, and as one of its early members, you will have a significant influence on its direction and processes. You will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about building a world-class fundraising platform. While our product development team primarily communicates in Russian, you will need to be proficient in English for documentation and occasional communication with our US-based product audience and business teams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for solving complex problems.
- • Fundraise Up is trusted by leading nonprofit organizations worldwide, including UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association. - • You will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that support scalable analytics. This involves understanding the nuances of our product and user journeys to create meaningful and accurate metrics. Your ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks will be crucial. You will also be involved in setting up and refining collaboration processes between the analytics function and other product development teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and insights.
- • We are looking for someone who can not only extract data but also interpret it, providing strategic recommendations. This involves staying ahead of industry trends, understanding competitive landscapes, and leveraging data to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Your proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities before they become critical will be highly valued.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, enabling them to apply rigorous analytical methods. Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with experience in BI tools, is essential for success in this role. You will be working with a modern tech stack including ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Tableau, and Grafana, providing you with the tools to excel.

- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Developing and maintaining the company's metrics tree, ensuring consistency and transparency in all measurements.
