- • As a Product Analyst, GTM, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions at FundraiseUp. You will serve as a critical partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships teams, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your core mission is to empower these business units with the data-driven intelligence needed to optimize their strategies, measure their effectiveness, and directly influence the evolution of our product roadmap. This role is pivotal in ensuring our go-to-market efforts are precisely targeted and maximally impactful.
- • You will be responsible for uncovering critical insights by formulating robust hypotheses and rigorously validating them with empirical data. This involves delving deep into user behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify patterns and opportunities that might otherwise remain hidden. Your analytical prowess will be key to understanding not just what is happening, but why it is happening, and what actions can be taken.
- • A significant part of your role will involve identifying both global and local trends in user behavior. This requires a nuanced understanding of our diverse customer base and their unique engagement patterns across different regions and segments. These insights will directly inform product development priorities, ensuring we are building features and making improvements that resonate with our users and drive adoption.
- • You will meticulously analyze and interpret key customer metrics, focusing on measuring the impact and value delivered by our platform. This includes tracking customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn rates, engagement levels, and conversion funnels. Your ability to translate these metrics into compelling narratives will be crucial for communicating performance to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
- • Designing and evaluating A/B tests with prospective and existing customers will be a core responsibility. You will develop test plans, define success metrics, analyze results, and provide clear recommendations to optimize performance across various touchpoints, from marketing campaigns to in-product user flows. This iterative process of testing and learning is fundamental to our growth strategy.
- • You will be the go-to person for ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the entire organization. This requires the ability to quickly understand business questions, access relevant data, perform timely analysis, and present findings in a clear and concise manner, often under tight deadlines. Your responsiveness and accuracy in these situations will build trust and ensure business continuity.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Product Analyst role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- • Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, enabling rigorous analysis and hypothesis testing.
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- • Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) for complex data manipulation and modeling.
- • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) to effectively communicate with US-based stakeholders and translate complex findings.
