  • • Join FundraiseUp, a leading modern fundraising platform dedicated to making charitable donations fast, convenient, and impactful. We are at the forefront of innovation, continuously optimizing for speed, conversion rates, and a seamless user experience across a wide array of payment methods. Our platform empowers people worldwide to contribute tens of millions of dollars each month to vital causes.
  • • We are trusted by the world's most prominent nonprofit organizations, including UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association, underscoring our commitment to excellence and reliability. Our dedication to quality is reflected in our consistent 4.9 out of 5 rating on leading review platforms.
  • • FundraiseUp primarily serves the enterprise segment, with a strong client base in key markets such as the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. This global reach necessitates a data-driven approach to understanding diverse market needs and user behaviors.
  • • As a Product Analyst, GTM (Go-to-Market), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will be an indispensable partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships teams, providing them with the critical insights needed to enhance their effectiveness and drive growth.
  • • Your core mission will be to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence. This involves identifying key performance indicators, measuring the impact of various initiatives, and informing the strategic direction of our product roadmap. While our internal engineering team primarily communicates in Russian, our primary audience and key business stakeholders are US-based, making your advanced English proficiency essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • • You will be instrumental in uncovering critical insights by formulating data-backed hypotheses and rigorously validating them. This analytical rigor will allow us to understand what's working, why it's working, and how we can optimize further.

  • • You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting key customer metrics to accurately measure the impact and value delivered by our platform and specific features. This includes tracking user engagement, conversion funnels, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • • Designing and evaluating A/B tests with prospective and existing customers will be a key responsibility. These experiments are vital for optimizing performance, refining user journeys, and ensuring we are delivering the best possible experience.
  • • You will also be expected to handle ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization. This requires agility, a strong understanding of our data infrastructure, and the ability to quickly deliver relevant insights to support urgent business needs.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a fast-growing, impactful product. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your analytical contributions directly shape the future of fundraising technology.
  • • We foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging open dialogue and knowledge sharing. You will be part of a high-impact team where every task matters, contributing to a larger mission of empowering nonprofits to achieve their fundraising goals more effectively.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to the success of leading nonprofit organizations, enabling them to raise more funds and make a greater difference in the world. This is a chance to apply your analytical skills to a meaningful cause.
