• As a Product Analyst, you will operate across the entire analytical spectrum. This includes the foundational work of building and maintaining robust data infrastructure, such as data marts and ETL processes, to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. You will also be deeply involved in the experimental phase, designing, implementing, and rigorously analyzing A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and optimizations. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations will be key to informing our product roadmap and strategy.
• Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and interpreting key trends in user behavior. By deeply understanding how users interact with our platform, you will formulate data-backed hypotheses that can lead to significant product improvements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to bring these hypotheses to life through rigorous testing and experimentation.
• A core aspect of this role is owning the A/B testing process from conception to conclusion. This involves defining test objectives, designing appropriate experimental setups, monitoring test performance, and conducting thorough statistical analysis of the results. Your insights will directly influence product iterations and ensure we are continuously optimizing for user experience and conversion rates.
• You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our data foundation. This includes developing and maintaining data marts and creating comprehensive BI reports and dashboards. These visualizations will serve as essential tools for stakeholders across the company, providing clear visibility into product performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency. Your work will empower teams to make informed decisions based on reliable data.
• Beyond structured testing and reporting, you will be the go-to expert for ad-hoc analytical requests. This requires a proactive and inquisitive mindset, enabling you to quickly dive deep into complex datasets to answer critical business and product questions. Whether it's investigating a sudden dip in conversion rates or understanding the drivers behind a new user segment's behavior, your analytical prowess will be invaluable.

• You will be part of a growing product development team spread across various European locations, primarily communicating in Russian, but requiring strong English proficiency for broader collaboration and documentation. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Strong written English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
