- ⢠As the Product Analytics Manager at Forter, you will serve as the analytical focal point of the product organization, defining what success looks like by establishing clear, measurable benchmarks for internal and external performance, then tracking progress, diagnosing root causes, and recommending strategic actions to guide product decisions and prioritize initiatives that close gaps and unlock opportunities.
- ⢠You will build the product analytics function from the ground up, defining core KPIs (Top 4 + product-specific), constructing supporting infrastructure, maintaining metric alignment across systems, approving deviations, validating new metrics, and shaping KPI-focused narratives to support product marketing efforts with measurable results aligned to strategic outcomes.
- ⢠Day to day, you will define and monitor core product KPIs, set benchmarks, and build dashboards that highlight performance and flag gaps; diagnose issues and recommend prioritized, data-driven solutions to course-correct; oversee external benchmark tracking (e.g., Forter Performance) and compare against market and industry standards; maintain alignment across systems by enforcing metric definitions, approving deviations, and validating new metrics; shape KPI-focused narratives to support product marketing efforts, highlighting measurable results aligned to strategic outcomes; and design new attributes for cross-product analysis while crafting compelling visual and verbal stories that translate analytics into stakeholder action.

- ⢠In this role, you will develop deep expertise in product analytics leadership, KPI engineering, cross-system metric alignment, and strategic storytelling with data, gaining the ability to influence product strategy at scale while building a foundational analytics function that directly impacts revenue growth and customer trust in global digital commerce.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
- ⢠3+ years of experience in product or fraud analytics, or a similar analytical role
- ⢠Strong background in defining KPIs, benchmarking, and performance measurement
- ⢠Ability to present complex insights clearly and engage non-technical stakeholders
- ⢠Analytical problem-solving ability with a strong root-cause orientation
- ⢠Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools such as Kibana
