📋 Description

• • Support the accurate and timely delivery of Shield AI products by performing detailed inventory verification and order validation activities.
• • Physically inventory hardware components and assemblies to ensure completeness and alignment with customer sales orders.
• • Validate product configurations against documented customer requirements prior to shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
• • Ensure all products exiting production and quality control are fully documented, properly labeled, and ready for delivery.
• • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to identify, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• • Maintain consistent and accurate records across all stages of product delivery to support audit readiness and customer transparency.
• • Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inventory preparation, including verifying test kits, spare parts, and documentation packages.
• • Support senior Product Delivery personnel during customer acceptance events by providing real-time inventory status and documentation.
• • Follow standardized operational procedures with precision to minimize errors and ensure compliance with internal and customer-specific protocols.
• • Work in a fast-paced hardware and manufacturing environment where attention to detail directly impacts mission-critical customer outcomes.
• • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, reduce turnaround time, and improve inventory accuracy.
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with facility and safety standards.
• • Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams to escalate delays, missing components, or configuration mismatches.
• • Document all inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and resolution actions in the company’s tracking systems.
• • Ensure all delivered products meet Shield AI’s quality and compliance standards before release to customers.
• • Adapt to changing priorities and urgent delivery timelines while maintaining accuracy and process integrity.
• • Contribute to the seamless handoff of products from manufacturing to logistics and customer delivery teams.
