- • The Product Delivery Coordinator supports the Product Delivery Manager in deploying Zoom and Polycom Phone products to financial institution retail branches nationwide, playing a key role in ensuring smooth technology rollouts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project deliverables, updating status in a centralized repository, manipulating and uploading spreadsheets, performing data integrity checks, recording meeting minutes, and providing routine metrics and reporting on Zoom implementations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years’ experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- • 8-10 years’ experience using PC in business environment including MS Office
- • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- • Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency
