📋 Description
- • As a Product Designer at AIOS Medical, you will take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently from problem definition to shipped solution, contributing to the mission of building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe.
- • Day to day, you will design and internal tools and workflows, focusing on usability, and efficiency, while collaborating with engineering, CX, and product teams to solve complex problems with real commercial and regulatory constraints.
- • AIOS Medical is a fast-growing, profitable healthcare startup with >$300M ARR, serving >140k/month patients and growing >10x YoY, aiming to become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider and eventually a trillion-dollar healthcare company through vertical integration and AI-driven patient care.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end project ownership skills, strengthen your ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints, and grow as a hands-on leader shaping design practices while delivering impactful work used by real patients and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience designing digital products across web or mobile, including customer-facing mobile apps or internal tooling
- • A robust portfolio showing real product work with clear problem definition, design decisions within constraints, and measurable impact
- • Ability to take loosely defined problems and drive them independently to shipped solutions without constant direction
- • Strong craftsmanship focused on clarity and usability over surface-level polish, even within technical or regulatory limitations
- • Clear thinking and communication skills to articulate problems, justify decisions, discuss tradeoffs, and defend work in discussions with strong opinions
