📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Savvy Insurance Services, Inc., you will own the end-to-end journey that defines how advisors and clients understand, engage with, and feel about their financial lives, designing interfaces and interactions that make wealth management feel intuitive, transparent, and personal.
• Day to day, you will partner with Senior Product Designers and Product Management to lead complex initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch, design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations), optimize for service realities, conduct user research, translate insights into design decisions, and evolve design patterns while incorporating AI tools into your workflow.
• You will join a team of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, and $200B+ RIAs, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where Savvy has surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years and grown 600%+ in the last 18 months.
• In this role, you will learn to design high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments, contribute to a culture of thoughtful critique and low ego collaboration, and grow your ability to drive decision-making through research-backed design in a rapidly scaling wealth-tech platform.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
• You have experience designing complex systems working shoulder-to-shoulder with other teams.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
• You pride yourself in strong interaction design or brand skills.
• You're a skilled communicator with the ability to absorb and distill complexity and drive decision-making.
• You love backing your work with research, knowing that research pays dividends in translating insights into product decisions.
• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are a naturally curious, proactive self-starter who is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
• You’re excited about integrating AI tools into your design workflow and building AI-powered product experiences.
• You are a team player who’s invested in shaping the future of wealth management.
• Experience designing in fintech, wealth management, or other high-trust, high-stakes domains (Nice to Have).
