📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Duna Co., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for a mission-driven fintech startup redefining identity for the global economy, where exceptional design is central to differentiating the product in a complex compliance and onboarding landscape.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining a modular design system that powers both live implementations and Figma prototypes, designing adaptive onboarding flows for multi-step customer journeys, applying a conversion-focused mindset to measure and refine user experiences, prototyping quickly and systematically based on customer feedback, collaborating closely with front-end and back-end engineering teams to ensure seamless design-to-production translation, and helping shape the company’s design culture by establishing scalable standards and practices.

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in designing complex B2B SaaS and fintech workflows, strengthen your systems thinking and analytical rigor in user experience design, influence the foundational design culture of a scaling startup, and contribute meaningfully to a product that solves real-world problems in identity and compliance at a global scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, compliance, or fintech
• Strong systems thinking — ability to see beyond individual screens to the long-term structure and scalability of design systems
• Analytical rigor — treating user interactions and journeys as testable, optimizable hypotheses through measurement and iteration
• Clear communication skills — documenting design decisions, trade-offs, and learnings transparently for team alignment
• Comfort with ambiguity — navigating complex system logic while maintaining momentum and clarity
• Curiosity and inspiration — drawing from diverse influences and seeking deeper understanding beyond surface-level references
