📋 Description

• As the first Product Designer at Bravel, you will shape the visual and experiential DNA of an AI Language Tutor product from 0 to 1, directly influencing how users learn, interact, and stay motivated in a high-impact EdTech venture backed by Skelar AS.
• Your day-to-day will involve designing end-to-end mobile user experiences (onboarding to core AI voice dialogue flows), creating voice-first interfaces with avatar states and pronunciation feedback, building a scalable design system from scratch, and designing onboarding and monetization flows that drive activation, conversion, and retention.
• You will join Skelar AS, a venture builder that has launched consumer products used by 10+ million people globally, recognized by Product Hunt, Webby Awards, and TrustPilot, with a strong focus on empowering teams through internal platforms, expert networks, and exclusive domain education.
• In this role, you will learn to translate design decisions into business metrics (CR, Retention, LTV), lead product-driven design in an early-stage startup, and gain hands-on experience shaping a product that evolves with the user through AI personalization—making a tangible impact on language learning outcomes for millions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of commercial product design experience at a senior level in B2C products
• Strong mobile-first expertise with a portfolio of iOS/Android applications and understanding of native patterns and guidelines
• Proven experience building and maintaining a design system from zero
• Product mindset: thinking in metrics (conversion, retention, LTV) and understanding how design impacts unit economics
• Proficiency in Figma, motion design, and microanimations (Rive, Lottie, After Effects or similar)
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher
