📋 Description

• As a Product Designer, Enterprise at Speak AI Inc., you will shape the strategy and design of the company-facing product—admin, reporting, and account experiences that L&D managers rely on to launch, run, and prove language learning programs.
• You will turn complex learner progress, proficiency, and risk signals into clear, actionable reporting for enterprise stakeholders, define the design foundation for an early-stage 0-to-1 product, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into effective product experiences.
• Speak AI is a fast-growing, mission-driven AI company building a human-level AI-powered language tutor used by millions across 150+ markets, backed by over $150M from top investors including OpenAI and Accel, with a distributed team across San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana.
• You will work closely with a small, high-craft design team of six that values research, invention, and product thinking, iterating fast through prototyping, user interviews, and experiments while contributing to a culture of trust, critique, and innovation in design.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with expertise in both consumer and B2B contexts
• Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS products including admin consoles, dashboards, reporting, and complex multi-user workflows with comfort in roles, permissions, and account models
• Strong systems and platform thinking, treating the enterprise surface as a cohesive system that automates manual work rather than designing isolated screens
• User-centered approach: actively seeking out real users (not just data) to inform product direction, especially in language learning or education contexts
• Product thinking and structured judgment: ability to frame problems before solving them, articulate tradeoffs, and turn messy problems into clear narratives
• Fluency in AI-native workflows: using AI tools to prototype, explore ideas, and accelerate design thinking, with excitement to push the boundaries of AI-augmented design
