- • Lead the end-to-end design process for high-impact products used by millions of users, from initial concept through to implementation.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to define problems and deliver user-centered UX solutions.
- • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- • Conduct usability testing, synthesize feedback from real users, and iterate rapidly to improve design outcomes.
- • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
- • Advocate for the user in all design decisions, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and simplicity are prioritized in every feature.
- • Turn complex financial workflows into intuitive, elegant, and seamless experiences that simplify user interactions.
- • Work within agile product teams to align design deliverables with sprint cycles and product roadmaps.
- • Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and usability when designing for financial tools used by millions.
- • Ensure all design outputs meet high standards of visual hierarchy, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
- • Embrace feedback and data-driven insights as essential tools for refining and improving design solutions.
- • Take full ownership of design problems, seeing them through from identification to successful delivery.
- • Work in a flat, high-performance team where titles are irrelevant and output, integrity, and ownership are the primary metrics of success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile products
- • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- • Familiarity with user research, testing, and agile product teams
- • Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design
- • Based in London or open to remote work
