📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for high-impact products used by millions of users across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to define problems and deliver user-centered UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs that prioritize simplicity, scalability, and consistency.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate rapidly to refine designs based on real user behavior and data.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s design system to ensure cohesion and efficiency across all products.
• Advocate for the user in every design decision, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and fairness are embedded in all financial tools.
• Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, seamless experiences that simplify user interactions without sacrificing functionality.
• Work within a flat, high-performance team where ownership, output, and integrity are valued over titles or hierarchy.
• Embrace feedback and data as essential tools for improvement, continuously refining designs through iteration and testing.
• Deliver high-quality designs quickly without compromising on usability, aesthetics, or technical feasibility.
• Take full ownership of design problems from concept through implementation, seeing them through to successful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile products
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with user research, testing, and agile product teams
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design
• Based in London or open to remote work
• Portfolio required — profiles without a portfolio will not be considered
