• • As a Product Development Manager at Nebraska Blue Cross and Blue Shield, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial health insurance solutions, driving innovation that aligns with the company’s mission to improve member health and community well-being.
• • You will manage strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, market analysis, regulatory monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to develop and launch new product initiatives while ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at BCBSNE that values purpose, collaboration, and impact, operating in a hybrid model with one day per week in the Omaha office and remote flexibility for approved states.
