Product Development Manager - P&C (Multiple Roles: Home, VPP or RPI)

📋 Description

• • As a Product Development Manager for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance at USAA, you will drive the creation and launch of innovative, IT-driven product enhancements for Home, Valuable Personal Property (VPP), or Rental Property Insurance (RPI) lines, directly supporting USAA’s mission to empower military members and their families with financial security through competitive, trusted products.
• • Day to day, you will participate in developing digital-first products, advise on buy/build/partner decisions, analyze internal and external data to shape product strategy, coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence, and guide member contact teams on new product usage and sales guides.
