📋 Description

• As Product Director, Banking Engagement, you will bridge the gap between trading and banking by turning active traders into primary banking users through a seamless neobank experience that unifies fiat and stablecoin balances.
• You will lead product initiatives from inception to execution, driving the vision of positioning the platform as users’ central cash liquidity engine and achieving ecosystem-wide 'Primary Account' status.
• Day to day, you will lead a culture of rapid experimentation, leverage AI to accelerate prototyping and operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to ship high-impact features that turn idle cash into a daily-use banking experience.
• You will work within a global Product Management team at Foris DAX Global Limited, impacting products across international markets and shaping how users interact with their finances in a digital-first ecosystem.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in financial product strategy, AI-driven product development, and cross-functional leadership, while driving measurable growth in user engagement and banking adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or trading platforms.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product execution from concept to launch.
• Experience leveraging data and AI to inform product decisions and accelerate prototyping.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and customer-centric product development.
• Track record of launching successful financial products or features that increase user engagement and retention.
