📋 Description

• • As the Product Director for User, Organization & Security at Availity, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our healthcare engagement platform by defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical platform capabilities. This pivotal role focuses on the secure and efficient management of users and organizations, encompassing modern authentication and authorization models, enterprise identity integrations, and robust API access.
• • You will lead the product development lifecycle for user lifecycle management, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding processes. This includes implementing and optimizing modern authentication and authorization strategies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), ensuring that our platform is both secure and user-friendly.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to drive scalable organization management capabilities. This involves architecting and overseeing multi-tenant architectures, defining organizational hierarchies, managing billing structures, and establishing effective cross-organization governance frameworks. These capabilities are essential for supporting the complex needs of our diverse customer base.
• • In close partnership with our Security organization, you will translate intricate security and compliance requirements into intuitive, auditable platform features. This includes developing configurable access controls, comprehensive audit logging mechanisms, customer-facing security settings, and governance capabilities that adhere to stringent standards like SOC 2 and promote a secure-by-design approach.
• • You will collaborate extensively with the Security organization, which is responsible for corporate security policy, incident response, and risk management. Your role is to ensure that security requirements, policies, and controls are effectively translated into scalable, usable, and auditable platform capabilities that our customers can rely on.

• • You will leverage customer insights, platform usage data, and security-provided risk and threat intelligence to inform product prioritization and strategic decision-making.
