📋 Description

• As a Product Enablement Specialist – North America, you will own and scale how product knowledge flows across Luminovo and out to customers, ensuring internal teams and external users can effectively adopt and use the platform.
• Day to day, you will own Intercom as the DRI, manage customer support to keep response and resolution times low, improve the FinAI chatbot and Help Center for self-service, run weekly KPI analysis on metrics like CSAT and conversation volume, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align on releases and drive feature adoption.
• You’ll work closely with the Product Enablement team (Fabian, Tine, and Ibrahim), Product Managers and Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Marketing & RevOps to streamline product communication and enable cross-functional teams with training and materials.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Luminovo’s electronics supply chain platform, strengthen your technical communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, and gain experience in scaling enablement functions in a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning and optimizing customer support platforms like Intercom, including managing first response time and time-to-close metrics.
• Proven ability to improve self-service tools such as chatbots and Help Centers to increase customer resolution rates.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and report on KPIs like CSAT, conversation volume, and chatbot performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to act as an enablement hub across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Comfort joining customer video calls when needed to support complex inquiries or escalations.
• Willingness to learn about the electronics industry and understand customer use cases to translate technical product changes into clear, helpful content.
