📋 Description

• As a Product Engineer at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will drive product ideation, development, and delivery for regulated technology that improves patient outcomes in clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making.
• You will lead product backlog management, author and refine user stories, facilitate sprint planning, collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions during daily Scrum activities.
• You will work within a global, remote-friendly team focused on delivering high-quality software in highly controlled regulatory environments, supporting clinical science and innovative technology development.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Agile product lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment, and backlog refinement while contributing to SOPs, quality standards, and continuous process improvement in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in software development within Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven experience in backlog management, user story creation, and requirements elicitation
• Strong knowledge of product development tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, MS Office Suite)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
