📋 Description

• Senior Product Growth Engineer responsible for owning growth projects end-to-end, from scoping and building frontend and backend to shipping to production and iterating based on data, directly impacting conversion and activation metrics.
• Day-to-day work includes building in-product growth features (onboarding, activation, retention, expansion surfaces), improving the playground, shipping conversion landing pages, building internal tooling for the Product Growth team, running A/B tests, and enhancing developer experience where it touches growth.
• Firecrawl is a fast-moving, technical team building essential infrastructure for LLM-ready data extraction, with 8 figures in ARR and 90k+ GitHub stars, focused on shipping fast and deep to support super-intelligence data gathering.
• The role offers high autonomy, measurable impact on growth numbers, and a clear growth path from senior IC to potential tech lead or engineering manager as the team scales, within a remote-first culture with optional SF HQ access.
