📋 Description
- • As a Product Growth Engineer at Tailscale, you will play a key role in shaping the future of secure networking by developing features that drive user adoption and engagement, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building an easy, sensible, and safe Internet.
- • Day to day, you will develop client and backend code, collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers on feature ideation, conduct code reviews, create and measure experiments to inform product decisions, prototype new features, and advocate for product-led growth practices across engineering, product, and design teams.
- • Tailscale is a fully remote, early-stage company founded in 2019 and backed by top-tier investors including Accel, CRV, and Insight, building software that simplifies secure device and network connectivity for users ranging from hobbyists to multinational corporations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your full-stack engineering expertise, gain hands-on experience in growth experimentation and data-informed product strategy, and grow your influence in shaping technical roadmaps while working autonomously in a collaborative, asynchronous environment.
