- • As a Product Growth Hacker (Exchange) at Crypto.com, you will drive global user growth and engagement by leading go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for the Exchange App, directly supporting the mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with product managers and growth teams to align feature rollouts, design and execute growth campaigns, translate user insights into compelling narratives, and optimize positioning across geographies and user segments to maximize adoption and retention.
- • You will join a fast-paced, high-ownership marketing team at Foris DAX Global Limited, operating within Crypto.com’s innovative ecosystem where strategic thinking, data-informed creativity, and cross-functional execution are essential to scaling products in dynamic global markets.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in crypto-native growth strategies, master lifecycle marketing for financial products, and achieve measurable impact on user acquisition, activation, and retention while shaping how Crypto.com’s Exchange is positioned and perceived worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing within tech, fintech, or crypto environments
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret user data, A/B test results, and funnel metrics to inform strategy and optimization
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with product, engineering, and design teams
- • Experience crafting go-to-market strategies, positioning frameworks, and campaign narratives for digital products
- • Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, trading products, or financial services is a plus
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with a bias for action and experimentation
