- • Lead the end-to-end optimization of subscription acquisition funnels for WellTech’s wellness apps, including Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit, with a primary focus on increasing conversion rates and ARPU.
- • Design, plan, launch, and analyze A/B experiments to identify high-impact improvements in user journey flows, particularly within quiz-based acquisition funnels that drive the majority of new user sign-ups.
- • Generate data-backed hypotheses for funnel enhancements by analyzing product metrics, user feedback, competitor behavior, and historical experiment outcomes.
- • Build tailored end-to-end user experiences aligned with specific audience segments and traffic sources to maximize engagement and subscription conversion.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, content, and product teams to rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate on funnel improvements.
- • Translate experimental results into actionable insights and formulate follow-up hypotheses to sustain continuous growth momentum.
- • Develop innovative funnel concepts that align with emerging trends in health and fitness to capture new user segments and expand market reach.
- • Serve as the strategic bridge between marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in user acquisition goals and product experience delivery.
- • Monitor and manage user expectations throughout the onboarding journey to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with the performance of WellTech’s flagship apps and leverage insights from over 25.5 million global users to inform growth strategies.
- • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators including funnel drop-off points, subscription lift, cohort retention, and lifetime value trends.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, and behavioral psychology to inform experimentation frameworks.
- • Document and communicate experiment findings and growth learnings to stakeholders across departments to drive organizational alignment on product-led growth.
- • Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with company-wide wellness and monetization goals.
- • Ensure all funnel improvements uphold the company’s mission of helping users build healthier habits through ethical, user-centric design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, Product Marketing, or CRO/Experimentation roles
- • Strong expertise in A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- • Solid understanding of UX principles and user research techniques
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting product and behavioral data
- • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
