📋 Description

• As a Product Lead, AI/ML at Abridge AI, Inc., you will own a critical slice of the company’s mission to deliver accurate, personalized, and clinically useful medical notes through AI-powered technology, directly impacting clinician trust and the expansion of Abridge’s platform into more healthcare workflows.
• You will drive AI product strategy and execution within Note Generation, shaping the roadmap for core note models and evaluation systems, owning outcomes, and collaborating with engineering, ML, design, clinical leaders, and specialty councils to set quality benchmarks and ship differentiated capabilities.
• Abridge is a pioneering generative AI healthcare company founded in 2018, transforming patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes with deep EMR integrations, powered by auditable AI and Linked Evidence, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Pittsburgh, and a team of MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, engineers, and creatives dedicated to responsible AI deployment in healthcare.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ML product strategy, evaluation platform design, clinical domain adaptation, and cross-functional leadership, while contributing to industry-standard AI quality measurement and helping Abridge win in the healthcare AI market through high-impact, trustworthy innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience with significant ownership of ML-powered products or platform systems
• Deep understanding of how to measure and improve model quality, including evaluation frameworks, annotation pipelines, and benchmark design
• Strong technical fluency across ML, data pipelines, and distributed systems
• Experience working closely with ML researchers and engineers to drive impact in production
• Ability to balance long-term architectural investments with near-term quality improvements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear decisions and narratives
• A track record of delivering high-quality products in domains where accuracy, reliability, and trust are paramount
