📋 Description

• As the Product Lead for the Billing Platform at Alan SAS, you will spearhead the development and evolution of a critical financial infrastructure that underpins our entire health insurance and healthcare delivery ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you will own a platform responsible for collecting hundreds of millions in premiums, directly influencing the financial health and growth of the company. You will be instrumental in shaping solutions for pricing, invoicing, payments, and recovery, ensuring scalability and robustness across multiple countries and diverse service offerings.
• Your strategic vision will drive the Billing crew to build solutions that not only manage complex financial transactions but also enhance the member experience. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Manager, Founder, or Business Strategist, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Demonstrated expertise in products that require a strong combination of data analysis, technical understanding, and user experience (UX) design.
• Proficiency in analytical skills, including experience with SQL and leveraging AI tools for data analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and compelling internal and external-facing documentation and communications.
• Fluency in both French and English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and markets.
