📋 Description

• As the Product Lead, Growth Marketing at Replit, you will serve as the single DRI for the company's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine, building an AI-native, self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost—directly supporting Replit's mission to democratize software development through agentic software creation.
• You will own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search, paid social, ASO, and lifecycle; build a self-improving creative engine using AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration; maintain a persistent knowledge layer where every experiment and insight compounds into the next cycle; own conversion signal quality end-to-end by partnering with data engineering on infrastructure; run a structured experimentation program where every test feeds a feedback loop; automate performance reporting and alerting to flag issues like creative fatigue or CAC shifts before they escalate; build geo-differentiated strategies across market tiers and decompose performance by region; and build the system that allocates spend, prioritizes tests, and rotates under-performers—letting math drive decisions through the engine you own.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Replit, the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language, with millions of users worldwide and a commitment to removing traditional barriers to application creation; you’ll work in a hybrid setup from the Foster City, CA office (in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and collaborate closely with brand marketing, data science, and data engineering partners to turn creative direction into a closed-loop optimization system.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-first growth systems, learn to orchestrate cross-functional teams as a solo operator with systemic leverage, master the integration of paid and organic strategies in a PLG environment, and build a durable, self-improving marketing engine that compounds knowledge and performance over time—positioning you at the forefront of modern, AI-native growth marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing across at least two major paid channels (search, social, ASO, or programmatic)
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows — not just prompting, but durable systems that run and improve on their own
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and signal quality — you know the difference between filtering conversions and excluding audiences
• Data-literate: comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and statistical rigor without needing a data team to interpret results
• Track record managing significant budgets with clear ROI accountability
• Strong experimentation instincts — structured test-and-learn programs, not one-off A/B tests
