đź“‹ Description
- • As a Product Lead for Poland and the Baltics at Everfield AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B SaaS companies within our ecosystem by defining product vision, driving evidence-based innovation, and enabling domain experts to build customer-centric solutions using AI-enhanced workflows. Your work will directly impact product-market fit, commercial success, and long-term growth across multiple autonomous businesses in high-potential verticals such as HR Tech and HealthTech.
- • You will define and communicate clear product vision and positioning for each company in the portfolio, aligning with their unique value propositions and market differentiation to ensure strategic coherence and competitive advantage.
- • You will develop and maintain outcome-based roadmaps that prioritize initiatives based on customer value, market demand, and commercial impact, ensuring alignment between product efforts and business goals across decentralized teams.
- • You will institutionalize rigorous customer discovery practices — including Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) interviews, assumption mapping, problem interviews, and solution testing — to create a repeatable, scalable process for validating product opportunities before development begins.
- • You will implement a spec-first development approach using AI tools like SpecKit to generate product requirements, user flows, test cases, documentation, and code scaffolds, enabling faster, more accurate translation of insights into actionable specifications.
- • You will coach and enable product owners and domain experts at individual companies to independently run discovery sessions, write strong specifications using AI, and build interactive prototypes that validate value and serve as blueprints for engineering teams.
- • You will build a reusable product enablement toolkit comprising templates, checklists, design system components, example AI prompts, and integration blueprints to standardize best practices and accelerate delivery across the portfolio.
- • You will define and implement a comprehensive product analytics framework, establishing north star and input metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention, feature usage, time-to-value) and creating tracking plans and event taxonomies to instrument key user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
- • You will leverage analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and Azure Application Insights to monitor performance, run experimentation (A/B tests, feature flags, beta programs), and maintain a hypothesis backlog to ensure all product decisions are data-informed and evidence-based.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to shape compelling value propositions, define pricing and packaging strategies for integrated solutions, and create enablement assets that support go-to-market success.
- • You will establish beta programs, customer advisory councils, and lighthouse accounts to gather real-world feedback, accelerate validation, and drive adoption of new features and bundled offerings.
- • You will track and analyze the revenue impact of product integrations and bundles, using insights to iterate on pricing, positioning, and feature development based on actual market performance and customer feedback.
- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating across multiple independent companies, influencing outcomes without direct authority through strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
- • You will contribute to raising the overall product maturity of the Everfield ecosystem by introducing modern product ops capabilities such as structured roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, KPI design, documentation standards, and cross-functional rhythms.
- • You will gain deep exposure to diverse B2B SaaS business models in vertical markets, enhancing your ability to navigate complex domain-specific challenges while applying universal product excellence principles.
- • You will develop advanced skills in AI-augmented product workflows, learning how to effectively leverage LLMs and generative tools to amplify the productivity and creativity of non-technical experts.
- • You will strengthen your expertise in product analytics and experimentation, becoming proficient in designing rigorous tests, interpreting behavioral data, and translating insights into prioritized backlog items that drive measurable outcomes.
- • You will grow as a leader who can operate effectively in a decentralized, entrepreneurial environment — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impact across geographically distributed teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR Tech or HealthTech domains.
- • Proven expertise in customer discovery and evidence-based product practices, including JTBD, assumption testing, experiment design, and validation techniques.
- • Hands-on experience implementing spec-driven development processes and using LLMs/AI tools (e.g., SpecKit, Azure OpenAI) to generate PRDs, prototypes, test cases, and documentation.
- • Ability to coach and enable non-technical domain experts to create client-ready prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Retool, Bubble, Power Apps) and AI-assisted workflows.
- • Strong product operations skills: roadmapping, prioritization, KPI design, documentation, and cross-functional alignment across autonomous teams.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort influencing outcomes without direct authority in a decentralized organization.
- • Practical experience with product analytics and instrumentation, including tracking plans, event taxonomies, cohort analysis, and use of tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Azure Application Insights, or Power BI.
- • Demonstrated ability to run data-informed product processes: designing experiments, defining north star and input metrics, conducting A/B tests, and translating insights into prioritized backlog items.
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish or a Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian) is considered an advantage.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to shape product strategy across multiple innovative B2B SaaS companies in the Everfield ecosystem, with direct impact on growth and market position in Poland and the Baltics.
- • Access to cutting-edge AI tools and modern product development practices, including spec-driven workflows and LLM-powered prototyping, enabling you to stay at the forefront of product innovation.
- • High autonomy and entrepreneurial environment where you can drive change, experiment with new approaches, and see the tangible results of your work across real products and customers.
- • Professional growth through exposure to diverse vertical markets (e.g., HR Tech, HealthTech), coaching domain experts, and building scalable product enablement systems.
- • Collaboration with a talented, mission-driven team at Everfield that supports talent acquisition, HR, and operational excellence across its European portfolio.
- • Flexible remote work arrangement with occasional travel across Poland and the Baltics to engage with teams, customers, and partners in person.
