- • Lead product management for one or more personal lines insurance products, owning financial performance, profitability, and market success across the U.S.
- • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and product performance to inform strategic direction and drive data-backed recommendations.
- • Develop and execute initiatives focused on growth, market share expansion, and enhanced product positioning in the property and casualty insurance space.
- • Provide expert advisory input to leadership on product strategy, pricing models, risk assessment, and distribution channel optimization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, sales, and business teams to align product initiatives with operational capabilities and market demands.
- • Manage complex work assignments involving system, process, or channel improvements to resolve obstacles and deliver high-impact product outcomes.
- • Analyze financial, risk, and competitive data to assess the health of insurance products and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- • Drive the implementation of new products, enhancements, and distribution strategies from concept to countrywide rollout.
- • Coordinate cross-organizational efforts to ensure seamless integration of product, pricing, and risk management initiatives.
- • Measure and communicate results of product initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for strategic redirection or scaling.
- • Translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced Excel and Power BI tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- • Navigate fast-paced, dynamic priorities in a high-impact environment where innovation and agility are critical to success.
- • Contribute to both short-term tactical goals and long-term strategic objectives to achieve nationwide market share and profitability targets.
- • Ensure alignment of product strategies with regulatory requirements and company-wide risk management frameworks.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on personal lines insurance policy forms, exclusions, and underwriting principles.
- • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and analysis to launch, monitoring, and optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance, including policy forms and exclusions
- • 5 or more years of experience in insurance product management or related field
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis
- • Experience working in cross-functional teams within insurance or financial services
- • Property and Casualty license (Preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

- • Annual compensation range of $85,000.00 – $145,075.00 based on experience and qualifications
