- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of at least one high-impact feature that will affect how 5 million companies and 10,000+ customers collect and reconcile B2B payments on the Versapay platform. You will move from discovery through launch, measuring success against KPIs such as payment conversion, customer NPS, and cash-flow acceleration.
- • Partner directly with a Senior Product Manager to craft and refine the product vision, strategy, and 6-month roadmap for the “Taking Payments” user-experience workstream. Your research and insights will influence decisions that touch $257 billion in annual transaction volume and 110 million individual transactions.
- • Conduct deep-dive market and competitive analyses—leveraging industry reports, win/loss calls, and pricing benchmarks—to surface unmet customer needs and whitespace opportunities. Translate findings into crisp problem statements and user stories that engineering, design, and marketing can rally around.
- • Run customer-feedback loops: design surveys, moderate user interviews, and mine in-app analytics to quantify pain points and validate proposed solutions. You will present synthesized insights to leadership and see your recommendations shipped to production within the same internship cycle.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads (engineering, UX/UI, data, marketing, customer success) in an Agile environment. You will write acceptance criteria, groom backlogs, and unblock dependencies so that every sprint delivers incremental value to finance teams who rely on Versapay for cash-flow clarity.
- • Support go-to-market planning: craft positioning one-pagers, beta-test scripts, and internal enablement decks. You’ll sit in on launch-readiness reviews and post-mortems, learning how product, sales, and customer success align to drive adoption and expansion revenue.
- • Monitor product performance post-launch using dashboards in Jira, Amplitude, and Looker. You will define success metrics, detect anomalies, and propose iterative improvements that reduce friction in the payment journey and accelerate working-capital release for customers.
- • Prepare board-ready documentation: PRDs, release notes, ROI models, and stakeholder presentations. Your artifacts will be used by executives to justify roadmap investments and by customer-facing teams to articulate value propositions in the field.
- • Champion a user-centered mindset across the organization. You will run design-thinking workshops, map customer journeys, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in every feature you touch.
- • Contribute to the Versapay culture of experimentation by launching A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and beta cohorts. You’ll interpret statistical significance and socialize learnings that shape future product bets.
- • Leave a lasting legacy: by the end of the six-month internship you will have shipped at least one customer-visible enhancement, authored a retrospective case study, and mentored the next cohort of interns through a hand-off playbook you create.
