• • As a Product Management Lead Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding investment teams through complex decisions by applying your product acumen to the most consequential questions facing investors today. You will assess the defensibility of products, the credibility of AI strategies, the execution capabilities of product teams, and identify genuine growth opportunities. Your work will directly support investment teams in understanding potential investment risks and unlocking upside potential. Engagements are characterized by their rapid pace, the diversity of companies involved, and the requirement for both rigorous analytical precision and astute strategic judgment.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass leading and contributing to comprehensive product assessments for investment firms and their portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle. This includes pre-close due diligence, post-close value creation initiatives, and preparation for exit. You will meticulously evaluate the strength, credibility, and competitive defensibility of a target company's product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach. A key aspect of your role will be assessing how AI and machine learning are genuinely embedded within a company's product offerings, distinguishing authentic capabilities from superficial positioning, and clearly articulating the implications for competitive advantage, inherent risks, and overall value creation.
