  • • You will engage with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Pricing/Finance, Operations, Analytics, Go-to-Market teams, Compliance, and Legal departments. Collaboration with external partners will also be a key aspect of this position.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to provide high-level support to clients, internal teams, and other partners. This includes adeptly resolving product-related issues, conducting thorough analyses of market and product trends, and actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts to optimize product performance and client satisfaction.
  • • The role demands a profound understanding of health insurance operations, effective sales support strategies, performance analytics, and a commitment to delivering customer service excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping and maintaining the value proposition of Cigna's network solutions.
  • • You will govern the holistic maintenance of the network solution suite. This encompasses providing robust sales support, ensuring sales readiness through comprehensive training and resources, contributing to marketing strategies, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), developing and managing reporting mechanisms, and maintaining resource libraries on platforms like KnowledgeXchange.

  • • You will actively support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. This includes contributing to messaging frameworks, defining clear value propositions, and identifying target customer segments to maximize product adoption and impact.
  • • A key responsibility is to translate complex product capabilities into easily understandable, sales-friendly language and customer-facing materials. This ensures that the benefits and features of our network solutions are clearly communicated to all audiences.

  • • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to integrate insights from local markets into the management of marketing assets. This ensures that marketing materials effectively showcase the unique benefits and value of our network solutions to diverse client bases.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed FAQs and training materials, for both internal and external audiences. You will proactively identify gaps in existing content and ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • • Drive effective collaboration across a matrixed organizational structure. This involves ensuring clear communication channels, achieving stakeholder alignment on key initiatives, and facilitating the successful execution of product-related projects.
  • • Provide dedicated support for new product and network launches, ensuring all aspects from development to market introduction are managed effectively and strategically.
