- • As a Digital Product Manager Expert at Allstate, you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products in the company’s growing digital product portfolio, driving strategic vision and maximizing customer and enterprise value.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing product strategy, using customer feedback and market analysis to inform decisions, engaging in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions, decomposing complex problems into prioritized backlogs, defining and managing success metrics, and serving as the voice of the customer through deep engagement with users.
- • You will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market and communications strategies, coach and mentor team members on collaboration, idea generation, consumer research, test design, execution, measurement, and product rollout.
