• • You will partner closely with our Commercial teams, acting as a strategic advisor to identify, assess, and prioritize market growth opportunities that directly align with Centivo's overarching company goals. This involves a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of employers and employees in the healthcare space. Your ability to translate these market insights and direct customer/partner feedback into compelling product proposals that deliver measurable business value will be critical to your success.
• • A key aspect of this role involves defining clear objectives, key success metrics, and desired user outcomes for every initiative you champion. This data-driven approach ensures that we are not only building innovative products but also measuring their impact and iterating for continuous improvement. You will serve as the engaged architect for initiatives that span both our external-facing user experiences and our crucial internal systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality across the board.

You will work hand-in-hand with Technology and Operations leads to refine project scope, meticulously estimate the level of effort required, and plan feasible and efficient delivery approaches. This collaborative process ensures that our product development is grounded in realistic timelines and resource allocation, fostering a culture of efficient execution.
• • To ensure successful implementation, you will be responsible for producing high-level requirements, identifying critical dependencies, and defining precise acceptance criteria for all approved projects. This detailed documentation provides Technology & Operations teams with the complete context they need to take ownership of execution and deliver high-quality solutions. Throughout the build cycles, you will continuously clarify scope and priorities with your engineering and operational partners, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth go-live planning and execution.
• • Effective communication and stakeholder alignment are paramount. You will maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial organizations, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. You will be responsible for creating and presenting persuasive proposals, clear roadmaps, and thorough impact assessments to senior leadership, articulating the value and strategic direction of our product initiatives. A critical part of this is surfacing and navigating trade-offs between competing business goals, technical constraints, and operational impacts to inform sound prioritization decisions.
