- • As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance user experience, meticulously monitor product feedback, oversee quality assurance testing, and proactively address any obstacles hindering customer expansion. Your responsibilities will span across internal teams, including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, and support, fostering strong collaborative relationships. - • Lead Small Feature Developments: You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds. 🎯 Requirements
- • A four-year college degree with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or similar product-focused role.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify and rectify inconsistencies to ensure high-quality output.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable insights and building consensus across diverse teams.
- • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and a preference for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Excel and data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
