• As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance user experience, meticulously monitor product feedback, oversee quality assurance testing, and proactively address any obstacles hindering customer expansion. Your responsibilities will span across internal teams, including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, and support, fostering strong collaborative relationships. You will also cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, such as veterinary clinics and pet parents, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development.
• A key aspect of your role will involve assessing and identifying strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with our software products and services. • You will work closely with engineers, onboarding specialists, and support teams to effectively bridge the gap between product development and end-users. • Drive Product Enhancements: You will be responsible for monitoring long-term projects, identifying opportunities for optimization, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement impactful improvements that enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
• Turn Feedback into Action: A crucial part of your role will be to actively collect and rigorously evaluate user feedback. This will involve utilizing surveys, conducting direct interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents, and synthesizing this information into actionable product development strategies.
• Support Key Initiatives: You will partner with onboarding and support teams to proactively identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from initial adoption through ongoing usage.
• Shape Product Documentation: You will take ownership of building out comprehensive feature documentation. This will ensure alignment between business objectives and engineering execution for both new and existing product functionalities, serving as a crucial reference point for all teams.
• Lead Small Feature Developments: You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds. This includes defining clear requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient handoffs to the engineering team, and conducting thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee a high-quality release.
• Train Internal Teams: You will play a vital role in educating various departments on new product features. This training is essential to ensure consistency in customer interactions and to maximize the adoption and effective utilization of new functionalities across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year college degree with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or similar product-focused role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify and rectify inconsistencies to ensure high-quality output.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable insights and building consensus across diverse teams.
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and a preference for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Excel and data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance competing priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
