• • As a Product Manager at Didero, you will be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of a key product area, guiding it from its initial concept through to delivering tangible customer value. This is a high-autonomy role where you will be empowered to define the product vision, articulate its importance, and establish the metrics for success. You will lead a dedicated pod of four engineers, taking full responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous iteration. Your role will be akin to a General Manager for your product area, independently managing discovery processes, making critical prioritization decisions, and ensuring iterative delivery of value.
• • You will have direct access to our customer base, enabling you to gather firsthand insights and feedback. This role also offers direct support from leadership, but the ultimate strategy and execution will rest on your shoulders. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of supply chain management through intelligent automation.
• • Your core responsibilities will include defining the product strategy and roadmap for your designated area, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with overarching company objectives and delivers measurable customer outcomes. You will be expected to conduct thorough discovery, engaging in customer interviews, analyzing usage data, and developing a deep understanding of procurement workflows. Translating these insights into clear, concise, and actionable specifications and requirements for the engineering team will be crucial.
• • A significant part of your role will involve making informed prioritization decisions and navigating tradeoffs, often with incomplete information. You will drive iterative product releases, instrumenting key metrics to track performance and adjusting the product based on learned insights. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a robust feedback loop, informing future roadmap development and product enhancements.
• • Collaboration is key to success at Didero. When working with your dedicated Engineering Pod, you will provide clear problem definitions, a prioritized roadmap, essential customer context, and well-defined success criteria. The engineering team will own the technical approach, architecture decisions, and the implementation details. Together, you will co-create the scope of work, manage timeline tradeoffs, and define iteration cycles.
• • In partnership with the Design team, you will provide critical customer insights, business context, workflow requirements, and prioritization decisions. The Design team will lead user research, UX strategy, flow design, and visual execution. Your collaborative efforts will extend to co-creating feature scope, defining success metrics, and making crucial experience-related tradeoffs.
• • To thrive in this role, you will possess a strong product sense, adeptly balancing business, technical, and user experience considerations to make pragmatic prioritization decisions. You will have a proven ability to build products from scratch (0→1), taking them from initial idea to live customer adoption, rather than solely optimizing existing solutions. Technical fluency is essential, enabling you to engage in meaningful discussions about system architecture, data models, and integration constraints. You should thrive in ambiguous environments, proactively creating structure and momentum. Exceptional written communication skills are a must, ensuring your specifications are clear, concise, and actionable. A deep customer obsession is vital; you should prioritize customer interactions over internal meetings. Finally, you must be able to balance the need for depth with the urgency of speed, knowing precisely when to delve deep and when to ship and learn.
