  • • **Product Strategy and Market Research:** You will play a key role in supporting the overarching business strategy by proactively identifying opportunities for new product enhancements and revenue streams. This involves conducting thorough market research to understand emerging trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and gather customer feedback. Your insights will be critical in refining our product direction and ensuring Perceptyx remains at the forefront of the employee experience technology market.
  • • **Product Definition and Vision:** Lead the charge in defining and delivering new product functionalities. This includes meticulously mapping out role-based user journeys and identifying critical use cases that address real-world organizational challenges. You will leverage your deep understanding of product logic and data modeling to design scalable solutions that enable organizations to derive meaningful employee experience insights.
  • • **Roadmap Development and Execution:** Develop and maintain clear, concise product roadmaps that communicate the high-level strategic direction and the sequenced delivery of features. You will collaborate closely with our talented Experience Design and Engineering teams, translating product vision into actionable requirements, epics, and detailed user stories. Your ability to articulate these requirements will ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement:** Foster strong partnerships across various departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will work collaboratively to ensure seamless production deployment, comprehensive support readiness, and successful customer delivery of new features and products. Your role is vital in ensuring that the entire organization is aligned and equipped to bring our product innovations to market.
  • • **Go-To-Market Strategy and Support:** Partner with the Marketing team to define and execute effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product releases. You will provide essential input for the creation of sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and user guides, ensuring that our sales and marketing efforts are well-informed and impactful in driving customer acquisition and adoption.
  • • **Performance Measurement and Business Impact:** Continuously monitor and measure the performance of product capabilities against key metrics. You will develop a deep understanding of product P&L, identify key adoption drivers, and track active usage to ensure our products are delivering on their intended value and contributing to business objectives. Your insights will inform future product iterations and strategic decisions.
  • • **Compliance and Regulatory Awareness:** Stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements that impact the employee experience technology marketplace and our product functionality. Ensuring our product adheres to these standards is crucial for maintaining customer trust and market access.
