- • Product Manager at Fullsteam Operations, LLC plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of the Midnight product roadmap, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering small and medium-sized businesses through seamless software and embedded payments solutions. This role is essential for translating customer needs into actionable product features that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the print and mail industry.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in defining product requirements and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint planning activities, maintaining and organizing product backlogs and documentation, analyzing customer feedback and support ticket trends to identify improvement opportunities, supporting internal QA validation prior to release to ensure quality and readiness, coordinating release documentation with marketing and training teams for consistent messaging, tracking feature adoption and product usage metrics to measure impact, and assisting in internal demos and feature overviews to align stakeholders.
- • The Print Reach team, part of Fullsteam’s growing organization of over 1,900 employees, is a dedicated unit focused on delivering comprehensive software solutions tailored for the print and mail industry. The team operates with a customer-centric mindset, leveraging innovation to streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance workflow efficiency for clients across diverse sectors.
- • In this role, the Product Manager will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle management, develop expertise in Agile frameworks and cross-functional collaboration, strengthen analytical and documentation skills through real-world product initiatives, and build a portfolio of customer-driven features that directly impact business outcomes—positioning them for advancement into senior product leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (internships included)
- • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
- • Strong interest in B2B software, SaaS, or workflow systems
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally
- • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and workflows
- • Organizational discipline and documentation skills
