- • Serve as the primary advocate for customers by gathering deep insights from media owner and buyer partners to drive product enhancements and prioritize features based on user needs.
- • Translate complex technical concepts within the programmatic adtech ecosystem into intuitive, user-friendly product solutions that improve the customer journey across Screenverse’s digital screen network.
- • Create, iterate, and refine rapid prototypes using tools such as Figma, Lovable, or v0 to communicate product vision and provide engineering teams with clear, actionable direction for development.
- • Maintain a strong opinion on UI/UX design, ensuring every prototype and feature update aligns with customer behavior and usability principles.
- • Manage multiple disparate products and systems as a cohesive, unified user experience, eliminating friction points across platforms used by internal and external stakeholders.
- • Define problems with precision so that product engineers can independently own solution design and execution, reducing ambiguity and accelerating delivery cycles.
- • Identify operational bottlenecks in Screenverse’s programmatic infrastructure and surface key tradeoffs to optimize system performance and monetization efficiency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to align on product roadmaps, estimate timelines, and manage backlogs with autonomy.
- • Act as a thought leader within the organization, championing product initiatives and establishing structured feedback loops with stakeholders to proactively address issues and drive continuous improvement.
- • Balance short-term customer demands with long-term strategic goals, ensuring product decisions support Screenverse’s evolution into a technology-driven company.
- • Utilize collaboration tools including Wrike, Notion, GitHub, and ticketing systems to manage workflows, document decisions, and maintain transparency across distributed teams.
- • Work with multi-tenant systems and query APIs to analyze product usage, troubleshoot integration issues, and inform feature prioritization.
- • Apply intermediate Excel competency to model performance metrics, track product KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
- • Ensure all product development activities reflect Screenverse’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and operational excellence in a fully remote, US-based environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of Product Management experience
- • Demonstrated ability to iterate on UI work through prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, v0, or similar)
- • Experience managing multi-tenant systems and querying APIs
- • Proven success in remote-first environments
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Wrike, Notion, and GitHub
