- • As a Product Manager at Limbic Limited, you will own the week-to-week rhythm that turns engineering into shipped product for the AI-powered mental healthcare Access platform, driving predictable delivery and measurable impact for enterprise customers in the US healthcare market.
- • You will run team ceremonies, own roadmap prioritization based on customer signals and usage data, triage inbound work including bugs and scope requests, define clear project scopes, manage the incident loop from triage to follow-up, ensure product instrumentation with tools like Mixpanel, and protect engineering focus by preventing scope creep.
- • Limbic builds AI-powered mental healthcare solutions, with its Access product already serving thousands of patients monthly across the NHS and major US health systems; the product has moved past 0→1 with proven models and live customers, now scaling toward 1→10 in the US market.
- • You will grow into strategic product ownership over 4–6 months, starting with execution and delivery to free senior product time for discovery, gaining end-to-end ownership of a high-impact healthcare product used by millions and shaping its evolution in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

- • Proven experience shipping features and projects that move metrics and create outcomes, not just completing tasks
- • Comfort with engineering concepts and ability to build strong mental models of how products work
- • Skill in writing clearly and quickly, thinking from first principles
- • Ability to critically analyze data, pull insights independently, and reason about their meaning and generation
- • Reliance on AI in day-to-day work beyond basic PRD writing, avoiding AI-generated slop
- • Client-safe communication skills to professionally represent Limbic to customers
- • Ability to say no constructively, making stakeholders feel it is in their best interest
- • Understanding of the difference between value-creating features and those that introduce tech debt or drag
- • Healthcare experience, EHR integration knowledge, or familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards (bonus, not required)
