  • • As a Product Manager at PatientPoint, you will own and drive the strategy, discovery, and delivery of a key patient engagement product line focused on delivering educational content and sponsored messaging at the point of care. This role is critical to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide by aligning product innovation with PatientPoint’s mission to transform the healthcare experience through behavior-changing content.
  • • You will own and prioritize the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and frame customer problems worth solving, translating strategic goals into meaningful product bets aligned with PatientPoint’s mission and OKRs.
  • • You will serve as the expert for your product space, staying informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health and point-of-care experiences to ensure PatientPoint remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • • You will measure outcomes, not output—defining success through meaningful KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value, interpreting performance data, and guiding rapid iteration based on insights.
  • • You will drive structured product discovery using tactics such as user interviews, prototyping, data analysis, and testing methodologies to validate and de-risk ideas before significant investment.
  • • You will inform and monitor success metrics for your projects, leveraging data and insights to understand product performance, tie results to business value, and craft compelling rationales for planning and readouts.
  • • You will prioritize aggressively and manage expectations by gathering input from your team and working groups to focus energy on the most impactful work.
  • • You will champion cross-functional collaboration, working fluidly with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure alignment without losing momentum.
  • • You will elevate the voice of the customer, serving as the conduit between users and the business by using empathy, insight, and curiosity to deeply understand patient needs and behaviors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required; MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
  • • 2-5 years of experience in product management within digital media and consumer health tech environments, with demonstrated success leading empowered product teams to meaningful outcomes.
  • • Strong data literacy and experience leveraging data to influence product decisions, including proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Mixpanel, SQL) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align executives, partners, and teams through clear, compelling narratives.
  • • Fluency with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma) and Agile methodologies.
  • • High business acumen and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs with Engineering partners.
