• • Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for mobile gaming and a knack for transforming player experiences into tangible, impactful features? Beach Bum, Inc., a vibrant and forward-thinking gaming company, is seeking a talented Portfolio Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Raanana. Since our inception in 2015, fueled by a deep love for gaming and cutting-edge technology, we've been dedicated to reimagining classic games for the casual online market. Our acquisition by Voodoo, a leader in hyper-casual gaming, in 2021, has propelled us onto a global stage, connecting us with millions of players worldwide and opening up a universe of exciting new possibilities.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in owning the core game polish and feature execution across our portfolio of live titles. You will operate at the critical nexus where game design, data analysis, and efficient delivery converge. Your primary mission will be to identify player pain points, conceptualize innovative solutions, and shepherd these ideas through to successful feature launches that demonstrably improve key performance indicators. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, including LiveOps, Economy, Art, R&D, and Business Analytics, fostering a cohesive and productive development environment.
• • Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful. You will take ownership of the feature roadmap, focusing on enhancements that elevate the core gameplay experience across multiple live titles. This involves a proactive approach to identifying high-impact opportunities, leveraging a combination of in-depth gameplay analysis, rigorous data interpretation, and direct player feedback to inform your strategic decisions. You will be adept at crafting clear, concise product briefs that effectively align and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is working towards a shared vision. A key aspect of your role will be defining, meticulously tracking, and analyzing critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including player retention (D1/D7/D30), average session length, and payer conversion rates, to measure the success of your initiatives.
• • Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the LiveOps team to develop and refine CRM strategies and execute re-engagement campaigns designed to keep our player base active and invested. Driving the design, measurement, and iterative improvement of A/B tests will be a core function, allowing us to continuously optimize game mechanics and features based on empirical evidence. Embracing the future of development, you will actively use and document AI tools throughout your product workflow, seeking out innovative ways to integrate artificial intelligence into our game development and player engagement strategies. Your strategic vision and execution will directly contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Beach Bum's game portfolio, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the casual gaming industry.
