- • As a Product Manager at Bullhorn, you will lead a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex enterprise environment, directly impacting customer experience and product quality in alignment with Bullhorn’s core values of Ownership, Energy, Speed & Agility, Service, and Being Human.
- • You will drive product strategy by understanding underlying business problems, identifying root causes, and using data, customer feedback, and AI-informed insights to define and deliver effective solutions in partnership with engineering and professional services teams.
- • Your day-to-day will involve digging into feature requests to uncover true needs, rapidly prototyping logic flows and wireframes using AI tools where appropriate, providing clear storytelling to align stakeholders, making dynamic trade-off decisions based on usage insights, and partnering closely with customers and professional services to ensure features deliver measurable value.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, market-responsive development cycle that prioritizes rapid iteration and practical solutions over rigid long-term roadmaps, requiring strong judgement, technical curiosity, and the ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed Salesforce logic.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform
- • Experience in Staffing/Recruitment or related roles such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations within a staffing technology context
- • Strong understanding of Salesforce Objects, Flows, APIs, and the AppExchange ecosystem
- • Comfortable using AI tools to support workflow, from shaping requirements to visualizing product logic
- • Clear and direct communication skills, with ability to translate customer problems into structured product requirements
